Closed Stack Item Request Service:
Lecturers, staff, students and external members with Southern University College ID cards may apply for Closed Stack Item Request Service.
Request form is available at the Library circulation counter or can be downloaded from here.
Users need to fill up the request form and submit it to the Library circulation counter. The requested item(s) can be collected at the counter at the stated time.

5. For users who borrow any items from the Library, they need to leave their Southern University College ID cards as deposits. The cards are claimable after they return the borrowed item.
6. The item must be returned 30 minutes before the closing time of the Library.

WS馆藏调阅方法
凡本校教职员持教职员证，学生持学生证，校外读者持校外会员证可申请本服务。
申请者可向图书馆总馆一楼流通柜台索取或从图书馆网页下载调阅 表格。
填妥调阅表格交还流通柜台人员，并请于指定时间至流通柜台取书。

星期六，星期日及公共假期
不开放
取典藏馆藏时须押学生证、教职员证，归还图书资料时取回证件。
调阅的图书资料必须在当日闭馆前半小时归还。
